What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, city/state, delivery address (if given), and any notes — together with the items and quantities in your enquiry.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry — to confirm stock, price, and delivery, and to contact you about it. This is processing necessary to respond to your request under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell your data.

How it reaches us

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email and, when you choose, via WhatsApp using your own device. Email is handled by our email provider on our behalf.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics and PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, enquiries started, and clicks. These tools do not collect the contents of your enquiry form (name, phone, address). We do not sell your data.

Retention & contact
