Why we use it (lawful basis)

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry — to confirm stock, price, and delivery, and to contact you about it. This is processing necessary to respond to your request under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell your data.

How it reaches us

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email and, when you choose, via WhatsApp using your own device. Email is handled by our email provider on our behalf.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage. This is confirmed with the business before launch and, where required, gated behind your consent.
