Frequently asked questions
Ordering, payment, delivery, green crackers, and safety — answered.
No. As per the Supreme Court order (2018, reaffirmed through 2025), online sale of firecrackers is not permitted in India. This site is for display only — not an online store — you send us an order list, we confirm stock and final price offline, and payment happens only after that direct confirmation.
Browse the price list, add quantities, and send your order list — it reaches us on WhatsApp and email. We confirm stock, final price, and delivery within 24 hours. You pay and receive offline, arranged directly with us.
Never. We do not accept any online payment, UPI, QR, card, or advance — on this site or over WhatsApp — before your order is confirmed offline. Pay only after direct confirmation from Sahana Crackers on our official number. Anyone asking for advance payment to another contact is a scam.
No. Delhi and all NCR districts are a year-round no-dispatch zone under Supreme Court / NCR orders. We deliver across Tamil Nadu and much of South India, with transport timelines varying by state.
Firecrackers are Class 7 explosives and are not carried by ordinary courier (BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post). We dispatch via registered legal transport operators from Sivakasi, with invoice, delivery challan, PESO copy, and NEERI QR accompanying each parcel.
There's a minimum order value for Tamil Nadu delivery, shown live in the order bar as you add items. Out-of-state transport may have different minimums — we'll confirm when we respond to your order list.
Prices shown are for reference to help you plan your order list. The final price is confirmed by us offline before any payment, based on current stock and your delivery location.
Green crackers are NEERI-certified low-emission, reduced-sound firecrackers that carry a scannable QR code (SWAS / SAFAL / STAR formulations). They produce less smoke and noise while staying within permitted limits.
Yes. Add any gift box to your order list, or add individual items and mention your preferences in the notes. We'll help build a box to your budget when we confirm.
Yes. Send a bulk order list with your quantities and we'll respond with carton-level pricing and transport options for your location.
Store crackers in a cool, dry place away from heat, flame, and children. Light only in open ground, keep water nearby, and follow the safety guidance on our safety page. Record an unboxing video on arrival to raise any damage claim.
Record an unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened — this is required to raise any damage claim. Contact us on our official WhatsApp number with the video and your order reference.
We carry authorised Sivakasi brands sourced from NEERI-registered manufacturers. The current brand list is shown on our About page and confirmed on each order.
We aim to confirm within 24 hours on WhatsApp or phone, especially during the festive season. You'll receive an order reference number immediately when you submit.
No. An order list is a request for confirmation, not a binding online purchase. Nothing is confirmed and no payment is due until we speak with you directly and confirm stock, price, and delivery.
